Weight Gain Verses Muscles Gain
November 5th, 2008What is the different between weight gain and muscle gain?
I do occasionally measure my weight in gym. But recently I’m not so particular about the figures that I get. Why is that so? Hey…. isn’t it better to gain more muscles rather than fat? I guess fat is easy to burn for me. All I need to do is just cut down my food intake. But then, to built those muscles, it requires lots and lots of hardwork. What I’ve been thru for those muscles……
- All those sweats dripping when working out in all those classes that I attended. Classes such as Body Pump, Body Combat, RPM, ABS and Fitball. Oh ya, I also go for belly dancing class but then it is more for leisure. Don’t find that class good enough for full workout.
- Bearing all those muscles aching… the ooohhh and the aahhh that we have to go thru but still bear with it. Pushing those aching muscles back in our mind and pushing our limits to the max.
- Working out at least 3-4 times a week. Need to ensure constant and full workout.
No matter how tired I’ve been or how stressful work has been, I’ve always find time to go for my workout. I guess it has become a habit. But then, hey it’s a good habit and I’ve yet to regret it till now.
How do I know that what I’ve gain are muscles and not weight? Remember the Juvanex I took? Before and after the program, there’s not much differences in the weight measurement. But I pushed myself more in going for workout when I took the Juvanex and I made sure I maintained those workout . Food wise, it has been a lot of vegi and I’ve also reduce my food intake. Muscles wise, more firm and of course body ache also more;) I guess to gain those muscles one have to suffer and bear with those aches. I can feel the differences when wearing my clothes but than in measurement, there’s not much different.
That is why even my weight measurement has gone up, I have no objection cause I know I’ve spend a lot of time, effort and sweat working on those muscles. Hey…. it shows when one put in 101% effort in working out.;)
